- Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- dk88 does not charge any transaction fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may charge its own fees.
- dk88 reserves the right to request additional verification for suspicious or unusual deposits.
Withdrawal Rules
The following rules are strictly followed for withdrawals from dk88:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 5 for details).
- Withdrawal requests may be held pending until identity verification is complete.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
Welcome Bonus and Wagering Requirements
New members of dk88 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The following conditions apply to claiming and withdrawing this bonus:
- Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (the wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit).
- For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. You must complete ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers before withdrawing the bonus.
- Another example: if you deposit ৳32,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total of ৳47,000.
- Bonuses may only be usable on specific games or markets — the detailed terms of each offer will be communicated separately.
- dk88 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If misuse of bonus benefits is detected (multiple accounts, manipulated bets), the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
VIP Program and Cashback
dk88's VIP program has four tiers. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Gold: up to 0.9% cashback per week.
- Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback per week.
- Cashback is added to your account at a set time each week. Separate wagering requirements may apply before cashback can be withdrawn.
- dk88 reserves the right to change VIP tiers or cashback rates.
Betting Rules and General Code of Conduct
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules must be followed when placing bets on the dk88 platform:
- A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. A cash-out option may be available in certain circumstances.
- dk88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of odds or results displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
- For sports events, the official results of the relevant governing body are used to determine outcomes.
- If an event is abandoned or postponed, the stake for that bet is generally refunded, though the rules of the specific market may apply.
- If an error is detected in the system, dk88 reserves the right to review the relevant transactions.
Prohibited Activities
Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:
- Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
- Fraud, manipulation, or any form of deceptive activity.
- Misuse of bonus benefits or systematic bonus hunting.
- Placing bets using automated software or bots.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
- Harassment of other users or inappropriate behaviour.
Breaching any of the above rules will result in the immediate closure of the account and the balance may be forfeited.
